Park Hyeon-gyeong took holes 1, 4, 6, and 7 and succeeded in overpowering the baseline, then won the 14th hole (par 5) to decide the game.

Park Hyun-kyung is a strong player on the KLPGA Tour with 3 wins including 2 majors. This season, she was runner-up twice at the Hana Financial Group Singapore Women’s Open and the Medi Hill · Hankook Ilbo Championships without winning. Her last win was the Chris F&C KLPGA Championship, a major tournament in May 2021, two years ago.
Seong Yu-jin advanced to the final by beating defending champion Hong Jung-min by 4 holes in another semi-final match. After winning holes 3 and 4, she gave up the 10th hole (par 4), but won the 12th and 14th holes and finished the match on the 16th hole (par 3).
